Methods: 75 patients with the establishment of pregnancy in patients with threatened abortion as a case group, 15 cases of normal pregnant women as control group. Chinese medicine group, 30 cases of patients group, the use of kidney Jianpi treatment; 30 cases of combination, the use of kidney spleen parties, progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) treatment; 15 cases of the use of progesterone WM group and HCG treatment; course of treatment for 2 weeks to observe the effect.
