In the past, a single application of higher concentrations of DMSO for platelet cryopreservation solution, based on self-development of new preservation solution: 2% DMSO thrombosol UDP  Gal, at different times of platelet morphology and platelet membrane surface glycoprotein CD62P expression. The results showed that, in the round, dendrite-shaped, irregular shape aspects of cryopreservation on the percentage of platelet morphology have a significant effect, 2% DMSO thrombosol group and 2% DMSO thrombosol UDP  Gal group protection is better than 5% DMSO group; and compared with fresh platelets, cryopreserved platelets significantly decreased expression of CD62P, save in January and March, when no significant difference in CD62P expression, three kinds of storage solutions CD62P expression between groups was no significant difference. Conclusion: The three kinds of cryopreservation of liquid 2% DMSO thrombosol and 2% DMSO thrombosol UDP  Gal to maintain the effect on platelet morphology similar to better than 5% DMSO group. Cryopreservation of platelet response to thrombin decreased three kinds of preservation solution was no significant difference between groups. Save the liquid to add UDP  Gal had no effect on the preservation effect.
