The result was that under the conditions of paeoniflorin and a good separation of other components, paeoniflorin in the 0 ~ 50 μg / ml showed a good linear relationship, r = 0.999 2, the average recovery was 97.90%, RSD = 1.186%. Three groups for the test product containing paeoniflorin were 0.024 2% 0.027 4% 0.021 7%, with an average of 0.024 4%. Conclusion HPLC method can be used for quality control of particle Shenqi stomach. MethodsHPLC was adopted with Kromasil 100-5 C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm). The mobile phase corsrsted of acetonitrile: Methanolwater (38:62). The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 ml / min, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. ResultsThe linearity of this method was well with a good seperation. The calibration curve was linear (r = 0.999) in the range of 0 ~ 50μg/ml for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 97.90%, RSD = 1.186%. The contents of paeoniflorin were 0.0242%, 0.0274%, 0.02166% in three batch of sample product respectively, and the average content of paeoniflorin was 0.024 43%, ConclusionThe method can be used for the quality control of Shenqijianwei Granule.
