METHOD: The shimadzu VP-ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 um) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80:20), the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 254 nm.the flow rate was 1.0ml * min-1. RESULTS The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were at 10.04-50.20 ug (r = 0.999 8) and 20.4-60.12 ug.ml-1 (r = 1.000 0) respectively, the average recoveries (n = 6) were 97.6% and 98.5% with RSD 3.4% and 3.1% respeclivery.
