Human lung epithelial cells express protease-activated receptor

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Human lung epithelial cells express protease-activated receptor Author: Wang Haiyan, Shao-heng, Fu Yi-ling, Fang Zeman [Keywords:] protease-activated receptor Expression of protease activated receptors on human lung epithelial cells [Abstract] AIM: To explore the expression of protease activated receptors (PARs) on lung epithelial cells. METHODS: We used RTPCR, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence cell staining techniques to observe the expression of PARs on A549 cells. RESULTS: All 4 PARs ( PAR1, PAR2, PAR3 and PAR4) were expressed on A549 cells. CONCLUSION: PAR1-4 are expressed on human lung epithelial cells, which may facilitate further investigation of the potential functions of PARs on lung epithelial cells. [Keywords] protease activated receptors; lung epithelial cell; RTPCR; flowcytometry; immunofluorescence cell staining [Abstract] Objective: Protease-activated receptor (proteaseactivated receptors, PARs) are widely distributed in a variety of tissue cells, but four kinds of PARs in lung epithelial cell expression is not clear. We use the A549 cell research PARs in lung epithelial cell expression. METHODS: Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR), flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining analysis technical analysis of lung epithelial cell line A549 cells, the expression of PARs. Results: The four kinds of PARs in lung epithelial cells were varying degrees of expression. Conclusion: The lung epithelial cells, while expression of PAR 1 ~ 4 4 Zhong receptors, which for the further study of PARs in lung epithelial cell function basis. [Keywords:] protease-activated receptor; lung epithelial cells; RTPCR; flow cytometry; immunofluorescence staining 0 Introduction Protease-activated receptor (protease activated receptors, PARs) are G protein-coupled receptor family, the current total of four members: PAR1, PAR2, PAR3, PAR4. Protease enzyme PAR N-terminal can be exposed contains a line lock ligand The new
