Hyperbaric oxygen at high altitude on hemodynamics in young people

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 Hyperbaric oxygen at high altitude on hemodynamics in young people Author: Wang Wei, Li Bin, Ma Kwong-chuen, Cao Rongcheng, Hu, Jian-Hua Cui, Kazakhstan Zhende, highlighting [Abstract] Objective To investigate the high-pressure oxygen on high altitude hemodynamics in young people. Methods 3 700 m above sea level, will be deployed for six months in 20 healthy young men were randomly divided into two groups of 10 people. Hyperbaric oxygen respectively before (control group) and hyperbaric oxygen intervention 2 (A group) and 5 (B) after compared. The two groups before and after hyperbaric oxygen were used XG  Ⅲ blood circulation hemodynamics detected by automated test. The results of two hyperbaric oxygen group than in the control group P, TPR, ALT, η , PAWP, CCP reduced the difference was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05); SV, mAP, BK, BV increased, the difference was statistically significant (P amp;lt; 0.05). Conclusion of hyperbaric oxygen on blood flow dynamics of youth at high altitude significantly improvement. [Keywords:] high-altitude; high-pressure oxygen; Hemodynamics Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on hemodynamics in youths at high altitude. Methods Twenty youths acclimatized the altitude of 3,700 meters for half a year were randomly assigned into group A (n = 10, HBO for 2 twice) and group B (n = 10, HBO for 5 times). Hemodynamics were tested before (control group) and after HBO.Results Compared with that of the control group, pulse (P), TPR, ALT, η , PAWP and CCP reduced , and SV, mAP, BK and BV increased significantly both in Group A and B (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen can improve hemodynamics in youths exposed to high altitudes. Keywords:: high altitude; hyperbaric oxygen; hemodynamics High altitude plateau that affect personnel stationed in the ability to work the main factors, human can not change the high-altitude hypoxia environment, and therefore, loo
