Helicobacter pylori cagA gene positive rate in chronic atrophic gastritis chronic superficial gastritis group and no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05), dysplasia cagA gene positive rate and intestinal metaplasia group no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion IL 1 in the transfer of chronic gastritis return and the development of cagA gene has a higher than predicted value. In the meantime, IL 1 was detected by SABC histoimmunology and cagA gene was tested by polymerase chain reaction. Results The positive rate of IL 1 in chronic atrophic gastritis group was higher than that in chronic superficial gastritis group (P lt;0.05). In the chronic atrophic gastritis group, the positive rate of IL 1 in dysplasia group was higher than that in intestinal mesplasia group (P lt;0.05).
