Results of metabolic syndrome group and the 5 factors were closely related to the occurrence of chronic kidney disease (P lt;0.05, metabolic syndrome and serum total antioxidant capacity was significantly lower than the control group, NO levels higher (P lt;0.05. Conclusion of high blood sugar and blood pressure is the most important chronic kidney disease risk factors, NO and antioxidant capacity of lower increase in chronic kidney disease is one of the mechanisms.
