Methods: According to a randomized, double-blind sampling principle, made the same vaccine as a control, in Jiangsu Province Lianshui County, 720 children aged 1 to 12 to carry out on-site clinical trial to compare two kinds of clinical response rate after vaccination and antibody seroconversion rate, protection rates, geometric mean titer (GMT). Results: All subjects and tested after vaccination, the overall systemic response rate was 8.33% fever, local reaction to the overall response rate of 2.08%; antibody GMT of 1:52.23, seroconversion or a success rate of 97.12%. Test group and control group systemic reaction, local reaction, immunization antibody GMT, seroconversion rate, immunization success rate and four times the rate of growth there was no significant difference. Conclusion: The longevity science and technology of freeze-dried live attenuated varicella vaccine against chickenpox subjects have a good crowd safety and immunogenicity.
