Method using a variety of chromatographic separation and purification technologies, through the physical and chemical methods and NMR, IR and MS methods such as analysis of their chemical structure. The results from the Mirabilis seed 80% ethanol extract of three compounds were isolated, their structures were identified as: 5,7,3 ‘- 3-hydroxy -4’ - methoxy-flavone (1), 4 ‘, 5, 7 - trihydroxy-flavone (2), stigmasterol (3). Conclusion Compounds 1,2 for the first time from this plant were isolated.
