Methods MRCP and ERCP clinically confirmed, integrity and biliary obstructive disease 101 cases, the results were analyzed. Results 101 patients with biliary obstructive disorders, MRCP total coincidence rate of 92.1%, ERCP total coincidence rate of 98%, the two were no statistically significant difference. Conclusion MRCP as a non-invasive examination, biliary obstruction can be used as the preferred method of diagnosis, but may be at the same time ERCP with endoscopic therapy, MRCP can not completely replace ERCP, a combination of both complement each other, it could further improve the diagnosis of biliary obstruction accuracy. Conclusions MRCP, as a non-invasive examination method can be the first choice as a diagnosis method for biliary obstruction disease, but it can not replace ERCP.
