According to a survey conducted in 2001, China’s number of Internet users reached 26.5 million, and growing exponentially every year, in which young people accounted for over 80.0%. Meanwhile, a wealth of information resources on the network will help young people learn from these nutrients, improve the knowledge structure, learning from discover and solve problems.
