Results Ningxin compound extract had obvious anxiolytic effects on rats, with effective inhibition of the rise of blood pressure in combination with exogenous tyramine. Conclusion Ningxin compound extract had obvious anxiolytic effects on rats, the mechanism of action of Ningxin compound extract might be related with inhibition of the rise of blood pressure.
