Methods PCR detected 31 cases of adenocarcinoma of the lung archived paraffin-embedded tissues after nm23 expression and p53 gene mutations in exon and with adenocarcinoma of the lung pathology and clinical indicators related to research. Results nm23 expression and p53 gene mutation rates were 38.7% and 48.86%. nm23, and (or) p53 gene mutation correlated with the clinical stage (P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusions nm23 expression and (or) p53 gene mutation and lung cancer related to clinical staging and survival. nm23 gene expression and p53 gene mutations in lung adenocarcinoma to determine cell proliferation, differentiation, progress and prognosis of malignant prognosis has some value, can be used as a reference indicator to determine cancer prognosis and guide high-risk patients for further treatment.
