Methods fractional method of a small amount of occlusal adjustment treatment of molar teeth clearance 0.05 ~ 0.3 mm in patients with food impaction, and followed up effects were observed. Results 1 2,3-level patient cure rates were 100%, 90.3% and 19.2%, effective in 65.4%. In the follow-up patients, 2 patients had 1 case of recurrence, 3 patients, 6 patients relapsed. Conclusion molar 0.05 ~ 0.3 mm gap teeth without destruction of dental anatomy in patients with food impaction, split a small amount of occlusal adjustment is an effective treatment. Conclusion Occlusal adjustment is an effective treatment for this kind of food impaction with dental space of 0.05 ~ 0.3 mm.
