[Results] concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone group and 1 year, 2 years, 3-year survival rates were 66.7% (36/54), 38.9% (21/54), 18.5% (10/54) and 41.3% (33 / 80), 16.2% (13/80), 7.5% (6 / 80), 2-year survival rate was significantly different (χ2 = 8.73, P lt;0.01), effective rates were 88.9% and 55.0% (χ2 = 16.849, P lt;0.01). [Conclusion] after conventional radiotherapy to the late-course accelerated hyperfractionated concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy can improve local control rate and survival rate.
