MethodsThe leaf crude extracts preparation were employed by water extraction, alcohol extraction, petroleum ether extraction, respectively. The minimal inhibitory concentration was determined by the double dilution method. ResultsThe leaf crude extracts had antibacterial activity to six bacteria (Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Sarcina lutea) in some extent. The leaf crude extracts lbtaineel by 70% alcohol had the best antibacterial activity in above extract methods.
