Elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in 68 cases of patients, using propofol, fentanyl, vecuronium, such as enflurane inhalation anesthesia. Conclusion implementation of “fast-track” cardiac anesthesia is conducive to early postoperative extubation, reduce the time patients stay in the ICU.
