 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer [Abstract] Objective To observe the oxaliplatin (L  OHP) combined with fluorouracil (5  Fu), and calcium folinate (CF) treatment of advanced gastric cancer efficacy and toxicity. Method No. 1 day use of L  OHP 130mg/m2 intravenously 3h, CF 200mg intravenous infusion of 2h after, 5  Fu 500mg after rapid intravenous injection with 5  Fu 2.4g/m2 continuous intravenous infusion pumps 46h continuous infusion , repeated every 3 weeks to complete the three cycles were evaluated, effective case for 4 weeks after the confirmation. Results All 46 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients, CR 3 Li, PR 20 cases were effective (CR PR) 50%, the median time to progression (TTP) 5.7 months, median survival time of 10.5 months. The main adverse reactions were mild sensory nerve toxicity, nausea, vomiting and bone marrow suppression. Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer better effect, adverse reaction to light, can be tolerated.
