Results pain Diarrhea diarrhea model in mice, neostigmine induced hyperthyroidism small intestine had some role in inhibiting gastrointestinal motility, constipation model in mice, atropine induced inhibition of small intestine had a certain role in promoting gastrointestinal motility, and the small intestine of normal mice had no significant effect of movement. Conclusion Tongxieyaofang on mice of different functional states have different effects on gastrointestinal motility, with two-way adjustment, certificate in line with the Chinese side, diagnosis and treatment consistency.
