Rapid filling of hepatic cavernous hemangioma of the performance and characteristics CT

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 Rapid filling of hepatic cavernous hemangioma of the performance and characteristics CT [Abstract] Objective To investigate the rapid filling of hepatic cavernous hemangioma (ffHCH) performance characteristics of the dynamic enhanced CT. Methods Retrospective analysis of 13 cases of a total of 15 CT data strongly ffHCH lesions observed lesion location, size, three dynamic (arterial phase, portal venous phase and delayed phase) enhancement, and whether associated with artery and portal vein shunt (APS), and hepatic capsular retraction pseudocapsule levy levy and other performance. Results ffHCH lesions occur in the subcapsular region near the right lobe diameter (2.42 + -0.64) cm, arterial lesions were completely enhanced high-density lesion was significantly higher than the average CT value of normal liver (P lt;0.05), portal vein or the other of the lesions were high density, the average CT value of the lesion is still significantly higher than the liver parenchyma (P lt;0.05), delay of the lesions showed equal or slightly higher density, but the degree of enhancement of liver parenchyma with no statistical significance (Pgt; 0.05), part of the lesion can be seen APS, the incidence of 33.33%, no false hepatic capsular retraction coated levy levy. Conclusion phase enhanced CT ffHCH expressed in lesion location, size, enhancement pattern and other aspects associated with certain features of APS to help the diagnosis. [Keywords:] cavernous hemangioma, liver, tomography, X-ray computed, diagnosis Abstract: Objective To investigate CT imaging features of flash filling hepatic cavenous hemangioma (ffHCH) under triphasic contrast enhanced CT scan. Methods The CT imaging features of 15 ffHCHs in 13 patients were retrospectively reviewed. Lesion location, size, dynamical triphasic (hepatic arterial phase , portal venous and delayed phases) enhancement pattern, prevalence of arterio portal shunt (APS), pseudocapsule and hepatic capsule
