Methods: 56 patients detected by flow cytometry ReA patients and 53 healthy control group, peripheral Blood CD3 + T, CD4 + T, CD8 + T, CD16 +56 + NK, CD19 + B cell percentage; immune turbidimetry of serum IgG, IgA and IgM content. Results: ReA patients and normal control group, CD4 + T lymphocyte percentage, CD4 + / CD8 + ratio and the percentage of CD19 + B lymphocytes were significantly higher (P lt;0.01); serum IgG levels (P lt;0.05); CD15 +56 + NK cells was significantly lower (P lt;0.01 ); CD3 + T, CD8 + T cell percentage and serum IgM, IgA levels, compared with the control group the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Patients with reactive arthritis in vivo cellular and humoral immune disorder in vivo monitoring of patients with ReA lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels, immune therapy for ReA has important clinical significance.
