[Abstract] concerned about school culture, teaching and research building, to explore its internal mechanism and external support factors, which is to promote a new culture of teacher development and schools, creation of an important strategy. However, the current teaching and research activities in schools, more attention to specific “transaction”, ignored the teaching and research in the “human” development, the lack of a “long process” of teaching and research awareness, there are many “formal” tendencies. These problems have affected the ideal of teaching and research value of the school play. Of new teaching and research culture should focus on, “to succeed” in “adult”, multi-level teaching and research to deepen understanding of the daily changes in school practice to promote a culture of creation of new teaching and research.
