Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 1 ∞049， China) [Abstract] To explore the relationship among personality , psychological capital and employment quality, 303 vocational college graduates were surveyed by questionnaires. The main findings of this study: 1. Personality could inf1uence psychological capital significantly. 2. Extraversion could affect income slightly, but the effect would be moderated by psychological capital. Similarly, although agreeableness and conscientiousness could af- fect job satisfaction remarkably , the effect would be moderated by psychological capital, too. It is indicated that psychological capital can inf1uence employment quality greatly, therefore , psychological capital condition is a key factor in recruiting students or employees. Key
