Vo l. 30 No.3 第 30 卷第3 期 森林工程 2014 年5 月 FORE5T ENGINEERING May. , 2014 林木资源损失评估方法的实证研究 邸雪颖1 ，隋垄1 ，蔡慧颖2 ，杨光1 * (1.东北林业大学林学院，哈尔滨 150040; 2 东北林业大学生态研究中心，哈尔滨 150040) 摘 要:以森林火灾灾后林木资源损失直接评估法和间接评估法为基础，利用 2006 年黑龙江省嫩江县北部嘎拉山林场 施业区的森林火灾进行实证分析，对两种方法进行比较研究。结果表明，采用直接评估法和间接评估法计算林木资源损失 的结采分别为 33 953.7 万元和 38583.8 万元，评估的结果略有差异，但差异不大。因此，采用直接许佑法和间接评估法对 森林火灾灾后林木资源损失进行坪估都是可行的。但由于林木资源损失许估中受林木受害程度和林木生长状态等因素的影 响，其评定参数的划定，土地机会成本的确定都存在困难，因此林木资源损失的准确评估还存在一定的困难，测算的精度 也存在一定的问题，评估参数划定、评估参数的确定以及评估方法的选取还需要进一步的完善和提高。 关键词:森林火灾;林木资源;损失;评估 中图分类号: 5757.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1001-005X (2014) 03-0014 一 04 Comparison of the Methods for Post-fire Forest Resources Loss Assessment 1 1 2 1 Di Xueying , Sui Kun , Cai Huiying , Yang Guang * (1. Center for Ecological Research , Northeast Forestry University , Harbin 150040) Abstract: Based on direct and indirect assessment method of forest fire disaster loss , we empirically analyzed forest fire data of Gala Mountain Forest Farm in Nenjiang County , Heilongjiang province. Then we compared the two methods. The results showed that the direct and indirect assessment evaluation method to calculate the result of the loss of forest rεsources was 339.537 million and 385. 838 million yuan , respectively.
