A. sieberi were collected at ?owering stage fromtheKhorassanandSemnanprovincesofIran;theaerialpartswereair-driedatroomtemperatureandthenpowdered.The powderwasmaceratedinmethanol,?lteredwithBokhnerhopperandsolventwasseparatedinrotaryevaporator.Totalherbal extractwassubsequentlyprocessedforetherandchloroformextractspreparation.Thetoxicityofherbalextractwasassessedon naiveNMRImicewithhigh,averageandlowdoses;thenpathophysiologicalsignswereassessed.Finally,theantimalariale?cacy wasinvestigatedontwogroupsofPlasmodiumbergheiinfectedmice.Percentageofparasitaemiaandpathophysiologywerealso evaluated.Theresultsofthisassessmentshowednotoxicityevenbyhighconcentrationofherbalextract.Asigni?
