Thispaperintroducessomenovelmodelsforallstepsofafacerecognitionsystem.Inthestepoffacedetection,wepropose ahybridmodelcombiningAdaBoostandArti?cialNeuralNetwork(ABANN)tosolvetheprocesse?ciently.Inthenextstep, labeledfacesdetectedbyABANNwill bealignedbyActiveShapeModelandMultiLayerPerceptron.Inthisalignmentstep, weproposeanew2DlocaltexturemodelbasedonMultiLayerPerceptron.Theclassi?erofthemodelsigni?cantlyimprovesthe accuracyandtherobustnessoflocalsearchingonfaceswithexpressionvariationandambiguouscontours.Inthefeatureextraction step,wedescribeamethodologyforimprovingthee?ciencybytheassociationoftwomethods:geometricfeaturebasedmethod andIndependentComponentAnalysismethod.Inthefacematchingstep,weapplyamodelcombiningmanyNeuralNetworks formatchinggeometricfeaturesofhumanface.ThemodellinksmanyNeuralNetworkstogether,sowecallitMultiArti?cial NeuralNetwork.MIT+CMUdatabaseisusedforevaluatingourproposedmethodsforfacedetectionandalignment.Finally,the experimentalresultsofallstepsonCallTechdatabaseshowthefeasibilityofourproposedmodel. 1.Introduction properties such illumination and gray scale.
