Both di?erential equations involve point and distributed delayed dynamics including Volterraclassdynamics. Theproofsarebased onaPerron-type theorem forfunctional equations sothatthecomparisonisgovernedbytherealpartofadominantzeroofthecharacteristicequation ofthenominaldi?erentialequation.Theobtainedresultsarealsoappliedtoinvestigate theglobal stabilityoftheperturbed equationbasedonthatofitscorresponding limitingequation.
