Theobjectiveofthisworkwastoinvestigatethee?ectsofwhole-bodyvibrationonpeoplewithmultiplesclerosis(MS).PubMed, CINAHLandScopusdatabasesweresystematicallysearchedforstudiesontheuseofwhole-bodyvibration(WBV)exercisein peoplewithMS.Thesesearchesweresupplementedwithmaterialidenti?edinthereferencesandintheauthors’personal?les. Aqualitativeanalysiswasperformedtosummarizethe?ndings.Fivestudieswithatotalofseventy-onesubjectswereidenti?ed. Allofthesestudieshadsmallnumbersofsubjects(3–25),andtwoofthestudieshadnocontrolgroups.Someinvestigationshave shownsigni?cantimprovementsofthemusclestrength,ofthefunctionalmobility,andofthetimedgetupandgotestinpatients withMS.Thenumberofpublicationsfoundinthedatabankssearchedissmall,andingeneral,theyhavelimitationsinthedesign ofprotocolswithaweaknesstothei
