TheMeSHBrowser[7]isusedtomapdiseaseassociationsto MeSHIDs. Identifying molecular biomarkers has become an essential taskforbioinformaticsscientiststoassessthedi?erentphe- notypicstatesofcellsororganismscorrelatedtothegeno- typesofdiseasesfromlarge-scalebiologicaldata[1].Thetext miningtechniquehasbecomeacriticaltechniquefordesign- ingfuturepredictiveandpersonalizedmedicine.Atthesame time,thePubMeddatabasewhichcomprisesmorethan21 millioncitationsforbiomedicalliteratureo?ersanenriched sourceforustoexplorethebiomarkersacrosshumandisease andtominethebiomarkersrelatedtodiseases.Therefore, integrating automatic literature searches, and text mining isafastemergingresearchareainepigenetics,DNAmeth- ylation, and more speci?callybiomarker discovery studies.
