One of tumor cases was diagnosed 24 months after initial assessments. Patients with bladder tumor were signi?cantlyolder;morefrequentlyhaddiverticulumintheirbladderwall(P.05).Conclusion.Femalemicroscopichematuriais relevantanddeservesevaluations,especiallyinelderlypatients.Patientswhosereasonformicrohematuriawouldnotbediagnosed attheinitialevaluationsshouldbefollowed.
