Prostatecancer(PC)remainsacauseofdeathworldwide.HereweinvestigatewhetherasinglemicrofocusofPCatthebiopsy (gradedasGleason6orless,≤5%occupancy)andthePSA10ng/mLcande?nethearchetypeoflow-riskprostatedisease.4500 consecutivepatientswereenrolled.Amongthem,134patientswithasinglemicro-focusofPCwerefollowedup,andtheparame- tersin?uencingthebiochemicalrelapse(BR)wereanalysed.Outof134patients,94hadclinicallysigni?cantdisease,speci?cally in74.26%ofthepatientswithPSA10ng/mL.Positivesurgicalmarginsandtheextracapsularinvasionwerefoundin29.1%and 51.4%patients,respectively.BRwasobservedin29.6%ofthepatients.CoxregressionevidencedacorrelationbetweentheBRand Gleasongradeattheretropubicradicalprostatectomy(RRP),capsularinvasion,andthepresenceofpositivesurgicalmargins.Mul- tivariateregressionanalysisshowedastatistica
