Targeted delivery of drug molecules to tumor tissue is one of the most interesting and challenging endeavors faced in pharmaceutical?eld,duetothecriticalandpharmacokinetically speci?cenvironmentthatexistsintumor.Overtheseyears, cancertargetingtreatmenthasbeengreatlyimprovedbynewtoolsandapproachesbasedonnanotechnology.Thereview?rstly introducesthespeci?cphysicalandchemicalpropertiesofaserialofnanomaterials,suchasnanoparticles,micelles,dendrimers, carbonnanotubes,quantumdots,andnano?bers.Itthenplacesgreatemphasisontheirapplicationinthe?eldofcancertherapy whentheyareusedasnanocarriersystems.Basedonthecurrentstatus,thepaperfurtherdiscussestheunsolvedproblemsand makesaperspectiveforthefutureprospectsofthenanocarriersystems. 1.Introduction Accordingly, there is a great need for new therapeutic strategies capable of delivering chemical agents and other therapeutic materials speci?cally to tumor locations [7]. With the development of nanotechnology, the integration of nanomaterials into cancer therapeutics is one of the rapidlyadvancing?elds.Itcanrevolutionizethetreatment of cancer.
