Theprotectivee?ectofCompoundYangshenGranuleswasobservedinmyocardialinfarctionratmodel.Ratswererandomlydivid- edinto6groups:themodelgroup,thecontrolgroup(shamoperated),thepositivedruggroup,andsmall,medium,andlargedos- ageoftheYangshengranulegroups,respectively.Theratsinthe3Yangshengranulegroupswereorallyadministratedwith0.7g/kg, 1.4g/kg,and2.8g/kgfor7consecutivedays,whereastheratsofthepositivedruggrouptreatedwith0.14g/kgofDanshenDropping Pills,andratsinthecontrolandmodelgroupsorallyadministratedwithsaline.Theratmodelofacutemyocardialinfarctionwas establishedwithligationofcoronaryartery.Electrocardiogramsatdi?erenttimepoints,thebloodrheology,myocardialenzymes, infarctsize,andmyocardialmorphologicchangesweremeasured.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthegranulescouldimproveblood rheology,decreasest-segmentofelectrocardiogramsandtheactivitiesofLDHandCKinserum,reducemyocardialinfarctionsize, andalleviatemyocardialhistopathologicchanges.Inaddition,thee?ectofthegranulesdependedonthedoseadministratedorally.
