Higher Education specialist degree level international comparisons and to set rules
Abstract: The development of higher education degree system and the development and differentiation are closely linked. This article discusses from a historical point of view of higher education specialist degree in the need for different levels, and introduced the world to set conditions; in the international comparison, based on the general set out the background of this level degree, functions, curriculum and teaching management a common feature of such areas and patterns.
