Abstract: College English Teaching objectives and requirements highlight the characteristics of vocational skills, but in the absence of the natural use of language in English teaching, the introduction of English native speakers who teach the various vocational institutions to become a big move. This article from the Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College Teaching foreign teachers of English native effects analysis found that language, culture, foreign teachers and students, the quality of individual factors will affect the effectiveness of teaching and learning of English.

In the higher vocational and technical education more and more attention today, I heard that ability is particularly important, and to be an English teaching in the core skills highlighted. In the absence of the natural environment to use English language circumstances, the introduction of English teaching native people to become students of various vocational schools to improve language skills of the key initiatives. Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College in 2005, the introduction of American English native teachers of English speech and hearing professional class teaching. It is noteworthy that the exchange of students and foreign teachers and teaching effectiveness of the initiative are incompatible with the hospital’s expectations.
