How to improve the quality of teachers to meet the new situation of higher vocational education needs of the development [Abstract] With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the quality of teachers has put forward higher requirements. In this paper, the current actual situation, from improving the quality of teachers put forward a few suggestions to meet the continuous development of higher vocational education needs. However, the present situation, higher vocational education remains the weak link in China’s educational undertakings, uneven development, poor school conditions, school personnel training mechanisms and the size, structure, quality still can not meet the needs of economic and social development, especially in teacher the ranks of unreasonable practice, low capacity, the knowledge structure backward, low management level, a lot of higher vocational institutions by the upgrading of specialized secondary schools over the past evolved, but also adheres to its old management.
