Today,in addition to conservative treatment,the major of doctor choose surgery treatment. However,various specilists have different academic points,which cause difficulties in the choice of treatment way and procedure to the clinician.In this review,a summary of aiming at the common pathogenesis and treatment methods is provided,which synthesizes many domestic and international current main schools of academic viewpoints and views.
