Positive effects in the maintenance of substantive justice and procedure justice have been achieved through the application of this system in two significant cases in 2014. Nevertheless , there are controversies of theories regarding the position , neutrality , and nature of the expert assistant s opinions in the academic circles due to the general nature of the rule in the legislation. To perfect our expert assistant system, we need to improve the legislation on the basis of practical experience and theoretical consensus. An open attitude towards the development of the expert assistant system would facilitate the practical exploration and the accumulation of different experiences in this field. Key words: expe
