Problem-based learning (problem  based learning, PBL), in basic medical education is based on the clinical problem as to stimulate the motivation of students and guide the students to grasp the teaching method of learning content; in clinical classes, the patient’s problem-based , to a panel discussion on student-centered teaching. Canada’s McMaster in 1969 the introduction of PBL into the field of medical education, this reform with emphasis on basic medical clinical practice, so that medical students in a limited time, suitable for a doctor to learn the knowledge and skills to improve personal life-long learning and ability to develop [1]. In order to explore this new teaching methods, we carried out in clinical pediatric teaching tried and achieved satisfactory results. An object and methods 1.1 The object for the clinical study of 80 students, including 38 girls, 42 boys, aged 18 to 21 years.
