Simulation project and the Higher Education Research Practice Software Technology Abstract: To strengthen teaching quality control, is the teaching quality and increasing the level of necessary means, but also an important duty of teaching departments at all levels. Improve the teaching quality control and security system, good quality assurance oversight, quality control should be established right system. In this paper, construction of Mianyang Normal University Faculties of teaching quality monitoring system, explains how to establish a reasonable standard of teaching quality control system in an effective role in enhancing the quality of teaching. Keywords: education quality, monitoring system, construction Improve the teaching quality is the eternal theme of higher education is the core of the development of the school. The current expansion of college enrollment, neglect of teaching quality management makes the quality of teaching as the key to restricting the development of higher education. To this end, the Higher Education Management departments are actively explore the establishment of a complete set of teaching quality monitoring system to ensure quality teaching in schools. In this paper, construction of Mianyang Normal University Faculties of teaching quality monitoring system, explains how to establish a reasonable standard of teaching quality control system in enhancing quality of teaching effectively. First, teaching quality monitoring role and significance of System (A steady improvement in quality of teaching for the school.
