According to the human body growth and development of college students where the age, body shape, physical function, quality of growth and development of sports are at the stage of the basic sound, but still in the immature psychological time, their cognitive ability of things need to be further improved . that college is a transition to the mature stage of their mental state was not stable, psychological complex is more sensitive than adults, with the expansion of college enrollment, students not only to consider the excellent results achieved in the learning process, also faces problems with employment, causing physical and psychological students double burden too heavy psychological burden prone to form a mental disorder, affecting normal life and study, so the psychological
