[Abstract] undergraduate creative ability to write papers on behalf of a new era of higher education is an important task entrusted to the establishment of new and innovative university teacher capacity-building model is an important issue. To this end, this paper presents a new model of innovation and capacity-building, through the innovative setting, advocacy and innovative practice methods and innovative processes for the realization of the students ability to innovate and improve the cultivation of a possible attempt a meaningful way.

Innovation is the cornerstone of scientific development, related to human survival and development, innovation capability is the prerequisite for achieving the innovation process. For university teaching, the ability to develop creative and innovative talents, the future of today’s education and teaching as well as the development of priority. In the current deepening the reform of higher education, innovation ability has become a fundamental guiding principle. Experimental teaching is to develop students ability to innovate in an important way, and environmental engineering is an experimental discipline, is a multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary. At the same time, environmental engineering need to apply other basic disciplines (such as chemistry, chemical engineering, materials chemistry, etc.) theory, experimental methods and technologies to expand and extend the connotation and extension of their own. Therefore, how the cultivation of creativity into the teaching of the entire environmental engineering experiments, has become a need to explore and try important subject.
