Listening, speaking, reading and writing is the language of the four basic capabilities. Communication in the modern language, I heard that are particularly important. Comparatively speaking, listening is always the foundation of learning, an important way to absorb the language, but also a more difficult to master skills. So we must listen to them enough attention. To develop students ability to listen better, from the following aspects to work on.
1, to understand the psychological process of listening to

2, to understand the characteristics of hearing
