Abstract: The 21st Century China Higher professional training in English and specification of the objectives is to train with a solid basic skills, broad knowledge, a certain degree of relevant expertise, strong ability and high quality English language professionals. However, years of teaching practice, the authors found that the teaching of English in universities there is a great distance from the gap between this goal an urgent need to read through the reform of college English classes to expand the students knowledge.
