消除心理烦恼解除成长困惑 消除心理烦恼解除成长困惑高中生正处于心理“断奶期”,心理上既有成熟的一面,又有不成熟的地方。他们看问题往往带有片面性,不能正确对待前进中的困难和挫折。不少学生面对各种压力时,常表现出焦虑不安、情绪不稳,有的甚至容易走向极端。如何提高学生心理素质,促进心理健康,开发心理潜能,培养健全人格,已成为学校刻不容缓的任务。 “点单制”针对学帛生个人和群体存在的心理问题分别开列清单,筏个体辅导有:道德修养、学习心理、人际关系盍、自我意识、升学择业等方面的话题。集体辅嫒导有:对如何激发高一学生的学习热情、正确震认识高二学生正常心态、消除高三年级的疲惫以及压力过重心理的辅导;对青春发育期生理七与心理发生巨变带来的矛盾冲突加以科学引导膻;针对心理障碍方面如焦虑恐怖、抑郁敌对等沔情绪障碍、人际关系敏感等问题进行团体咨询政。 辅导的形式有:成立“心语室”,个别咨ぽ询;走进班级,集体辅导;每年对学生进行心另理健康调查,建立心理档案,对辅导前后实行皿对比记载;举行讲座,开展“寝室人际关系”鹨、“女中学生成长”、“我爱我家”等专题讲孟座;每学期举办一次“心理健康月”活动,活螯动形式有心理测量、面谈、影评、发放心理健岔康宣传资料等;创办每月一期的《心理健康》枫简报,发至每个学生手中;每学期举办一次主獠题为“我们与学生一起成长”班主任心理健康磐教育培训班。 推行心理辅导“点单制”后,燔兴山一中每个学期都要接待400多名学生进锚行心理咨询,40多次走进班级举办讲座,帮助学生消除了许多烦恼,解除了不少困惑。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
