105 内科急危重症杂志 2015 年第21 卷第2 期 住院患者血糖管理变迁 空军总医院张妞* 杜昕l 关小宏杨彩哲，北京 100142 摘要 目的:对比分析一家三甲医院相隔 5 年的住院高血糖会诊数据，比较住院高血糖患者分布及血糖管理的 变迁。方法:统计并分析内分泌住院总医师在2013 年 -2014 年会诊患者的临床资料，并与 2008 年 9 月 1 日 -2009 年6 月 30 日的会诊资料进行对比。结果:2013 年 -2014 年共 1463 名患者因高血糖会诊，同比增长 7 1. 11%。会诊 频率高的科室依次为神经内科、心内科、皮肤科及外科等。肢岛素仍是主要的治疗措施。采用分层血糖控制目标， 90.8% 患者采用宽松标准，8.2% 患者采用一般标准。结论:住院高血糖患者数量普遍增长，住院血糖管理是1各床工 作中的重要部分。分层管理住院高血糖患者的血糖是安全可行的。 关键词住院患者高血糖血糖管理 中图分类号盯87.1 文献标识码 A DOI 1O.11768/nkjwzzz Changes of blood sugar management in hospitaIized patients ZHANG Da , DU Xin , GUAN Xiao-hong , YANG Cai- zhe. Methods: The clinical data of inpatients consulted by chief resident doctor of endocrinology division from September 1 in the year of 2013 to June 30 of 2014 were collected and ana- lyzed , and compared with the consultative information during September 1 of 2008 to June 30 of 2009.
