学兔兔 第3O卷 第6期 重庆建筑大学学报 Vo1．30 NO．6 2008年 12月 Journal of Chongqing Jianzhu University Dec．2008 浅析夏热冬冷地区低能耗住宅技术路线 余晓平 ， 付祥钊 ， 廖小烽 (1．重庆科技学院建筑工程学院，重庆．400042；2．重庆大学城市建设与环境工程学院，重庆 400045) 摘要：针对夏热冬冷地区的气候条件和住宅能耗现状，根据建筑节能的基本原理，建立低能耗居住建筑 的技术系统与技术路线，提出满足居住环境热湿质量条件的建筑节能设计技术和采暖空调能源利用方 式，从调节阳光、改善通风、合理保温隔热、充分利用天然冷热源和采用高效设备等 5个方面进行探讨， 认为建筑节能规划设计中合理利用当地的自然资源是发展低能耗住宅的关键环节。提出的技术路线对 该地区发展低能耗建筑具有一定参考价值。 关键词：夏热冬冷地区；低能耗住宅；建筑节能；技术路线 中图分类号：TU24 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7329(2008)06—0116一O4 Technical Solutions for Low Energy Consumption Residences in Subtropical Regions YU Xiao—ping ，FU Xiang—zhao ，LIAO Xiao—feng (1．School of Civil Engineering and Architecture，Chongqing University of Science and Technology，Chongqing 400042，P．R． China；2．Faculty of Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering，Chongqing University，Chongqing 400045，P．R．China) Abstract：Based on the climatic conditions and residential energy consumption in regions with hot summers and cold winters，three piinciples of building energy efficiency were used to explain the technical system and technical solutions for lOW energy consumption residence．To improve the energy efficiency in residences。and to produce more comfort as well，we should adj ust sunlight，improve ventilation，reasonably insulate houses， make full use of natural energy sources，and choose high COP(Coefficient of Performance)equipments．Making reasonable use of local resources while planning and designing a residence is the key to low energy consumption． The solution given in this paper provides references for development of IOW energy consumption residences in regions of this type． Key words：
