I Research Articles 210 I 临床研究 |严重发作性高血压·伪嗜错细胞瘤的治疗 曹邦明骆秉给任淑红张勇 H向要1 目的报道严重发作性高血压-伪嗜格细胞瘤的治疗。方法总结一组酷似嗜铭细胞瘤的严重发作性高血压:伪嗜铝细胞瘤， 男女各两例，平均年龄 42.50 士 8.06 岁，归纳其临床特点。结果伪嗜铭细胞瘤具有嗜铭细胞瘤的类似症状:①突然血压升高、②伴随躯 体不适应状。伪嗜铭细胞瘤区别干嗜铭细胞瘤及其他高血压之处:①无儿茶酷胶代谢物指标升高。②并非由情感因素直接引起，多数患 者具有创伤史或消极的对应方式，③排除嗜格细胞瘤及酷似嗜锚细胞痛症状体征的疾患。④目、 αl 受体阻滞剂、心理治疗必要时联合 抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药有效。结论伪嗜铭细胞瘤有别于嗜铭细胞瘤，一系列酷似嗜铭细胞瘤的临床情况，。、 α1 受体阻滞剂、心理治疗 必要时联合抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药有效。 I关键词1 伪嗜铅细胞瘤 g 嗜铭细胞瘤;发作性高血压，惊恐障碍:心理治疗 The Treatment of A Severe Paroxysmal Hypertension -Pseudopheochromocytoma Bang-ming Cao, Bing-quan Luo, Shu-hong R凹.
