Therefore , several countermeasures and suggestions of employment and transfer of rural women labor force were put fo阳町ù as 也lIowed. First of all , it should promote the cultural quality and skill of rural women la- bor force and strengthen employment competence. In addition , it should improve labor market and social security system. Finally , it should develop labor - intensive township ente叩rises and implement agricultural industrialization management ，皿d it w出 significance to enhance 1a- bor force transfer orderly and advance the urbanization process.
